ordered 26-12-2020, received 8-1-2021. it is wind and waterproof. i bought it for running, it is not breathable, so you sweat a lot. it is like a plastic bag around your body. the collar has fleece lining, that's comfortable. it really is high visibility and has reflective patches. it has zipper side pockets, back pocket, chest pocket. chest pocket is a lot smaller than pictures. it looks slim fit on the pictures, but it is not. overal, for the price it's ok. i did not get run over by a car.
